Following an initial meeting with Charlie of Vena to discuss the details of the oak timber structure I was looking for, he very quickly produced a detailed set of working 3D plans. During the period of manufacture and construction I found Charlie to be very hard working and extremely punctual, I particularly valued his policy of focusing all his attention and effort on the customer he is working for at the time (one customer at a time). The structure has been manufactured and built to a very high standard and quality which is down to the planning, attention to detail and carpentry craftsmanship displayed by Charlie throughout the project and represents a good value for money. He helped and supported me with aspects of the project that were outside his area of responsibility, nothing was to much trouble for him.
